Composition: 100% merino wool. Mulesing free.
The size is the head circumference of the child in centimeters.
Size 45 cm is usually between 3 and 9 months
Size 48 cm is usually between 9 and 12 months
Size 50 cm is usually between 12 months and 2 years.
Choice of material:
Wool and especially merino wool has fantastic thermal properties. It insulates, breathes and is self-cleaning due to the natural lanolin that will saponify when it comes into contact with moisture / perspiration. So you don't have to wash wool as much as cotton clothing! Merino wool absorbs up to 3 to 4 times its own weight in moisture without feeling clammy. It has a thermally regulating (enveloping) effect and is therefore very valuable as a base layer for adults but also for children who do not yet have an autonomous working heat mechanism (up to approx. 10 years). Washing instructions:
Joha's garments are superwash, which means that they have been processed so that they can be washed in the washing machine (on a wool wash program) without shrinking. Please note, the advice remains to wash a woolen garment less often than cotton. Read the above :)
