Linen that is extracted from the flax plant (known for instance from linseed) is a durable and strong material that is widely cultivated in Europe. Linen breathes and has a cooling effect which makes it very suitable for summer clothes. The material is also antibacterial.
Nowadays you can wear linen clothes all year round with merino wool or silk basics underneath for warmth comfort.
Size advice:
When in doubt, always buy a size on growth.
