My sabbatical starts soon and I want to start it as light and with as little stock as possible I have canceled the lease on the large Truly Wooly warehouse and I will only be able to store a minimum of stuff. Products in this category and ALL other discounted items on the Truly Wooly website cannot be returned or exchanged. If you shop in this category, you agree that you cannot return or exchange the items for anything else (including vouchers).

Ordering multiple sizes / colors to try out at home and then returning items does not work. So measure everything carefully and buy especially on the growth ;) Or you pass the item on to someone you like. Or who needs it. 

Since Truly Wooly Kids is going to take a sabbatical of at least 6 months to 1 year, no guarantee is given on purchases in the shop. I simply can no longer provide service because all contracts with the suppliers are currently suspended. The activities are stopped and that means, no matter how annoying, that I cannot solve any complaints that may arise for you. The mail will also no longer be read after January 2023.
